This property is not like other Hilton properties. We checked in after a long day and got to the room and the beds were dirty. There was hair and stains in the covers of both beds. The phone wasn't working so had to go back to the front told the desk lady they gave me new sheets but no blanket. Had to walk back down to desk to get new blankets. Tried to relax at spa and it doesn't work it's just warm water. Went to finally take a shower and the shower was dirty. When I tried to talk to manager in the morning it felt like she just blew me off. You're paying for closed proximity to the beach not for a nice room.

Nice getaway close to srq and near sieta key. Pool and bar on-site. Room is cool, plenty of parking and food all around. . Longhorn right across street. The front desk staff outstanding. The young lady that checked me in fantastic. Hav3 an amazing day

We went to book a reservation very last minute but they still had rooms available for the times we needed. First time I called the women that was working 6/11/2026 between 9pm-10pm answered giving the price of 299 per night. Called back 15 minutes later to be left on hold for almost 45 minutes. Called back for a 3rd time and was giving a completely different price and when asked why the women became very rude and almost hostile towards me and than hung up. This looked like the perfect place to stay but due to rude and in adequate staff I will never try and book here again.

Clean and safe hotel

We stayed 2 nights. It was exactly what we expected. Comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Its location that you are paying here, not the all the Hilton Shabang. Basic to minimum continental breakfast.

I’ll start with the filthy room. I’ll also be attaching a picture. I noticed after my son put on clean socks and walked around the room for about 10 min, his socks were filthy black on the bottom. I took a damp washcloth and briefly wiped the carpet and was shocked to see how dirty the floor was. Disgusting. Also if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is NOT the hotel for you. Music playing quite loudly from the pool speakers until 10pm. If you’re not into Ozzy Osborn blasting from those same speakers at 8:45am, this may not be the hotel for you. Or at least request a room as far from the pool as you can get. DEFINITELY NOT THE HILTON STANDARDS I’M USED TO. More like Holiday Inn Express vibes. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Mind you, the pic posted of the dirty rag, was a very brief wipe. 🤮

I would like to say, for the price you pay it is what you get. Yes it is close to siesta key less than 10 mins away but the property itself it is ran out. There is mold growing in the front window that I saw as soon as I was about to open the door for the room. The ac did not work properly the entire stay it was hot as hell. No hot water in the shower which is crazy. And let me not forget I found bugs in my bed..literally disgusting. The day I was checking out the housekeeper opened the door at 9 am and we were still in bed like?????? Disrespectful, disgusting, I wouldnt recommend this place and I wouldnt stay here again. Like I said in the beginning you get what you paid for.

We arrived at this hotel in the early afternoon. It's located on a very main and busy road. It took a while to figure out where the entrance was, but fortunately, there's plenty of parking both in front and behind. Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly. They immediately made us feel comfortable, and after completing the check-in formalities, we were given the keys. A corridor leads to the back of the hotel, where there's another corridor and an elevator. Once we reach the first floor, this corridor with a railing awaits us, overlooking the pool and the magnificent view. It looks like a motel, but I have to say it really exceeds expectations. As soon as we cross the threshold, we find ourselves in front of this very large room, and the name of our reservation is displayed on the television monitor. The double bed is very large and spacious. The room is very large, with a sink at the end, and to the left of the entrance to the bathroom. Inside the room, we find a large and spacious wardrobe, a small table with a microwave and a minibar. The beautiful glass window at the entrance near the door certainly stands out, letting light into the entire room. From here, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the palm trees. This hotel, in its very strategic location, also offers the possibility of reaching many places and many restaurants. Breakfast is located near the reception in a nice renovated room. I have to say that the breakfast selection didn't satisfy me very much, but in any case, we are always in a hotel in transit and perhaps a little less than a business hotel. The only flaw is that the girl who took care of breakfast wasn't so welcoming or kind. There is a lot of space to sit down for breakfast. And importantly, in the hotel lobby there was also the possibility of getting water, coffee or some other herbal tea, unfortunately, we didn't. We used the swimming pool which also had a small bar area. I have to say that all in all, the welcome and the spaces of the hotel are very comfortable. There is an ice machine on each floor.

Cozy, clean, and in a convenient location near the beach and various restaurants, I recommend it. Plus, breakfast is included.
