HI! I'm the friend who left my phone there last night during Sazon. I've tried calling and emailing to see if i'm able to pick it up before your event next thursday. If someone could contact me just to let me know if that's a possibility, I would be grateful

My friend left her phone there the other night!!! Can she come get it before you open next?

I've only been to Kremwerk twice to vend at events, both times the ID checkers have been incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand that working with customers is very draining, but they were unhelpful and acted annoyed and treated my friends and I like we were "less than." They made the environment incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional, I will not be going back or recommending this space to friends.

If you want to experience the peak of Seattle nightlife, Kremwerk Complex is the spot. It’s got that massive mega-club energy right in the heart of the city. I love that it’s not just one giant dance floor; there are tons of rooms to wander through and "chill zones" where you can actually hear your friends talk. ​The layout is incredible—especially the outdoor corridors where you can relax under the city air. The bartenders are legends, and honestly, having enough bathrooms for everyone is the ultimate flex. 10/10, highly recommend.

I want to thank the internal staff who, after directly receiving my concern about security, have made an effort to address security behavior. I hope that person was a one-off and that security checks can resume as normal. ———— I would never come back here. Security check at the door is a power-tripping maniac. I am completely sober and followed security prompts, then said security guy with a wand kept making me stand against the wall and said stay three times like I was a dog. I had passed screening and was just trying to continue in line behind my friend. At the third stay I said ‘woof’. Then our entire group got 86’d. I’ve never been kicked out of a security check, this guy was on something and treated me like a dog. Disgusting.
