Impossible to get a hold of anyone here. Try to go see them in person and they redirect you to the same people who have been ignoring you for an extended period of time. Also unresponsive and unhelpful via phone (if you can even find their phone number)

Lihi sucks because some of us are being evicted from our apartments because of our resources have ran out of funding s.Some of us have options and other of us don't have that option.Some of us don't know where to go to stay safe. Some of us have to wait for our love ones to send us our passports in order for us to fly home. Which we dont have the funds to pay for passports and plane tickets.we need to find away to get both.so what do we do if we camt sfgord

I have rented from lihi for several years now and from the beginning there have been problems. My move in date was delayed by nearly six months, there is a huge lack of communication (no returned emails or phone calls), inconsistent management (at least 4 building managers this year) , missed meetings, and lost paperwork among other issues. I give 2 stars only because the apartment itself isn't terrible and at least some of the individual employees have tried their best to help with what they're given.

I would like to specifically review and acknowledge the manager at the August Wilson Place Apartments in Bellevue Washington. Her name is Christina Sreng. She was kind, and very accommodating and did everything within her power to make it possible for me to rent there. Even though it didn't work out for me, I really appreciated the awesome experience I had in my interactions with her. Not only was the manager pleasant and went above and beyond for me but the property itself, was clean, quiet and welcoming and the rent price quoted was amazing in view of the current rental prices. (Especially for the Bellevue area). The 0nly negative thing I have to say is about parking.. It is not free.

Lehigh has been very helpful when I was a resident with children. Now I'm single and I do not have work and become disabled. They asked me to move but because I don't have anywhere to go.

As a member of the community and someone who stands in solidarity with We The People vs LIHI, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding LIHI's practices. While the mission of providing housing for those in need is noble, many individuals have experienced neglect, lack of transparency, and unjust treatment within LIHI-managed properties. Residents have reported unsafe living conditions, silencing of voices, and mismanagement that contradicts the values of equity and support. We support compassionate and ethical housing solutions—but accountability is essential. It's time for LIHI to listen, take responsibility, and make real changes in how they serve the very people they claim to protect. Information on Google is not accurate, there isn't a way to directly contact them, have to go through Cordinated Entry, which is apart of (RAP) Regional Access Points, which is. nothing but a lot of redirection and run around unless you have a case workers.

No security in bldgs drug dealers in and outzr or living there in apts illegally threatening residents managers doin nothing Where's the security cameras on each floor to see whats happenibg

I am a former resident at “Sunset Meadows” I lived in this complex for a year and moved out early this year. Even though it is a nice neighborhood the apartment  management is terrible. They show favoritism and don't address issues with problematic tenants. The neighbor upstairs kept filling noise complaints on me, despite my son having special needs (autism). We are a black family and I feel race had something to do with how the matter was handled. This neighbor has confronted me while I was putting my 3 year son in the car yelling and telling me "No wonder why you are a single mom." I told management and nothing was done I was brushed off and told “I heard about her.” Other tenants had issues with the same woman in the past like her cussing at kids, throwing a rock at someone's door, and verbally assaulting a prior tenant that resided in the same unit I did. A neighbor that overheard her yelling and insulting me told me about her prior poor behavior. After I got a second notice I paid my rent and left within a week. I never got an apology (also someone broke into their leasing office and stole some files containing me and my son's SSI number) and some other tenants info/files as well. Now I am stuck monitoring his info for life. The very least they could have done was pay for id theft monitoring.
