This is just perfect! We have tried 3 omakase in the past 3 month. It tops easily and we remember every single dish and the dynamic flavor. It is a remarkable journey not limited to taste but engaging scent and visual all together! Love it! Worth every penny!

It was a great experience. I wanted to treat my best friend, who was finally going to start TTAP and was also celebrating her birthday, to a nice dinner. This place definitely delivered. It's been a while, and I've forgotten the exact menu. However, I do recall they have several courses that I usually dislike but turned out to be really good. Excellent ingredients and food sourcing!

Fantastic food and service. A not-to-be missed experience.

wa'z has won the spot of "favorite restaurant of all time". I have been to several tasting menu restaurants including Per Se, and wa'z topped them all easily. I visited wa'z for the first time early this year for my birthday and was wowed, so much that my spouse and I really wanted to return. Went back for my husband's birthday a couple months later, and somehow the menu was even better than the first time. During both visits, I noticed that the menu had a couple of signature dishes that they kept the same, including the deep fried sesame tofu with uni and the dry aged tuna sashimi (which I was really happy about). And both times, I was excited about every single dish on the menu. The portion sizes were perfect. It wasn't so much food that I felt sick at the end, which often happens to me when there's so many courses. I also really liked the Kaiseki style of the tasting menu (as opposed to Omakase) because I enjoyed having the variety of dishes, including soup, small appetizers, and a grilled course along with sushi. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was wonderful. You do need a reservation to come here as seats are limited. For my husband and I, this will be our go-to celebration restaurant from now on. To the team at wa'z - you guys are awesome!
