⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Culinary Masterpiece! If I could dine at Alter Ego every single night, I would without a second thought. Tonight’s experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we sat down, the service provided by Justin and Brian was flawless. What really stood out—beyond their attentiveness and warmth—was the incredible teamwork displayed throughout the evening. It is rare to see a staff orchestrate a dining room so seamlessly, ensuring every need was met before we even had to ask. As for the food? The Salmon Miso is an absolute revelation. It is a spectacular dish that completely brings the taste buds alive with perfectly balanced, rich flavors. From the phenomenal service to the unforgettable kitchen execution, Alter Ego has officially cemented itself as a favorite. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We arrived. We were immediately greeted by the most wonderful valet and front desk associates. We then traveled to the bar. What an incredible experience! We were greeted by the bartender and the manager. Amazing experience all around. I ordered a smoked old fashioned. Wow! Best I have ever had. The ambiance here, even in the slow rhythm of summer on the college campus, is special. Thank you, Canopy Hilton in Tempe!
