Perfect
Save your money this place has nothing to offer but problems. Better off sleeping in a tent at a campground. Literally everything sucks
Fine room, but it's a busy location with little view but a grassy backyard. They asked us to wear locking wristbands like we're at an all-inclusive resort (it's not). They wanted towels brought to the main office for cleaning each morning. Signs with rules everywhere and staff was gruff. Didn't clean our room after the first night, then ask us to take out the trash, do the dishes, and then tip. For what, exactly? Room was clean and amenities were fine, except the beds were SMALLER than advertised (Full, not a Queen) which is unacceptable. Won't stay there again at those prices.
The Braemar has a great location close to beaches enclosed to Provincetown for fun shopping and great restaurants. The pool at the Braemar is exceptional! The condos at the Braemar are very nice as well although there's not a lot of storage for clothing. As far as service they don't deliver your towels to your rooms nor do they make your beds on a daily basis. But all in all the Braemar is a good place but it's not cheap
Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy. Plenty of room. No real closet but there give hooks and a dresser.
While the location is great, and the front desk staff were nice, the rooms leave much to be desired. While updated and well stocked, the bed configuration was misrepresented, it was listed as two queens but had two full size beds. Also, cleaning crew could use some improvement, my toddler found a sex toy behind the couch!!
The property was well maintained. The management was great. Our condo was well equipped. From silverware, dishes to pots and pans. The location was great. We had the free shuttle into P'town. We will be back next year.
