Perfect hotel with wonderful staff all throughout. The view from my room and the rooftop were incredible. I visited the Moonstone Bar many times throughout my week and everyone was super friendly and attentive. The pool is refreshing to cool off in during hot weather. It’s worth it to pay for breakfast as they have nice options. Room decor and cleanliness was 10/10.

During my two-week stay at The Graduate Hotel in Tucson, one employee truly stood out—Gabriel. From the moment my wife and I arrived, he was welcoming, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. Gabriel gave us outstanding recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. He pointed us to Fleming's Steakhouse for an excellent dinner, shared several local taco spots that we absolutely loved, recommended Gates Pass for stargazing, and suggested visiting the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, which ended up being one of my wife's favorite experiences of the trip. Every day we saw Gabriel, he greeted us with a smile and took the time to answer any questions we had about Tucson. He made us feel at home and helped us experience the city like locals instead of tourists. His positive attitude, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality made Arizona feel incredibly welcoming. In fact, he made such a positive impression that my wife is now jokingly looking at houses in the Tucson area! That's the kind of impact exceptional customer service can have. Whoever hired Gabriel did an outstanding job recognizing his talent. He represents The Graduate Hotel exceptionally well and truly deserves recognition for the way he goes above and beyond for guests. Employees like Gabriel are the reason people return to a hotel, and I hope his efforts don't go unnoticed.

Upon check in Mike was super friendly! Choices for parking were, in the street or a 37.00 valet. Carlos (valet) was absolutely wonderful. Went to the onsite club/restaurant for something to eat. Audrey took my order. I was owed bills and change of .41 cents. Audrey said she didn’t have change, I assumed the penney, it she literally had no change to give me. So I didn’t get the .41 cents. I asked her for her name. She immediately went and got .41 cents. I declined. Why didn’t she give it to me prior?? Also after asking for her name she was nice. Then getting to the room. I was given an order of grayish colored avocado!!! The nachos were horrible too. Some of the meat was dry as if scraped from the bottom of the pan. We didn’t go swimming due to the pool area being filthy. I also felt the only clean thing in the room were the sheets. Definitely will not return.

Tucson’s The Graduate is a unique, beautifully creative hotel that blends desert decor with the University of Arizona. I learned that Geaduate is a boutique chain in which each location selects a school, a city’s vibe, and pop culture to guide its decor, so now I want to visit them all. I am so impressed with how the interior designers pulled the theme into the little details of the decor. The decor made me so happy. I will admit I am a plant person, so anytime plants are used well in decor, I am happy, and this place had cacti in lots of little and big spaces. I think the Graduate should create a digital and maybe physical hall pass that gets stamped at each unique boutique location, kind of like the national park pass book or the state capital building passbook. We were here for pleasure, and the friendly hotel staff greeted us every time we walked in or out. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The staff keeps this place spotless. We were lucky enough to have the Mountain View, and it was spectacular. I love the colors, which complement the dessert landscape. Our bathroom was well stocked, and your knees don’t hit anything when you sit down to pee. The shower is spacious, and the water pressure is high. Location Relevance: The Graduate at Tucson is walking distance (less than a mile) to the University of Arizona, which I learned is the Wildcats. You can walk to some restaurants, shopping, and bars. We were there when school was not in session, so there was a normal number of people everywhere.
