Randi and Danica at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to answer our questions, make sure we had everything we needed, and always greeted us with a smile. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service made our experience even better. Thank you, Randi and Danica, for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront. The hotel is in a great location, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

Amazing experience! Will be coming back for future vacations in VA beach. All the front desk staff was so lovely and the valet guys were both incredibly helpful and kind. There was no complaints with the room it smelled super clean and was up to par on cleanliness. We brought our pup with us and it was a great experience. So many things were walkable from food places, coffee places, ice cream spots, souvenir stores etc it’s def in a central location. The hotel itself was super quiet not too much noise from the boardwalk or adjacent rooms/ pets (since we were on the pet floor) traveled in we didn’t hear anything, however the AC unit was pretty loud at night so if noise easily bothers you that may be an issue. Other than that our family of 4 was super comfortable in their oceanfront 2 queen room and it was such a pleasant stay! A couple steps and you were beach side that was the best! Great location but horrible service.Danica Corueia has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She doesn’t care for the customer at all.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was good. However, I believe the hotel could improve the maintenance of the rooms and some of the common areas, as they show signs of wear. Also, the price can be quite expensive if you're staying for just one night. Overall, it's a good place to stay because of its location, but with better maintenance and more reasonable pricing for short stays, it could be an even better experience.

Horrible...Horrible....Horrible!!!!! Siit8ng on my balcony, enjoying my evening and it was ruined by weed smoke. I was awaken to a club in my room at 1211am. The music was blasting from the room beside me The front desk said, said they would take care of this. THEY DID NOT!!!!

Enjoyed the oceanfront room and balcony! Able to watch the waves and the beach/boardwalk activity! The room was clean and the hotel had great proximity to shops, the boardwalk, restaurants, and activities! We'll visit again!

The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location – just a few steps from the beach. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself feels tired and outdated. The bathrooms desperately need renovation, and calling the shower a “proper shower” would be generous. Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. Every single morning it was exactly the same, with very limited choice and surprisingly bland food. Even a simple selection of cold cuts or cheeses was missing. Housekeeping deserves a special mention – unfortunately, not for the right reasons. During our 7-night stay, our room was cleaned only three times. Despite repeatedly asking the front desk to have our room cleaned, nothing happened for three consecutive days. To make things even more frustrating, the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English, making communication nearly impossible. Overall, this hotel has fantastic potential because of its location, but the poor service, lack of cleanliness, outdated facilities, and disappointing breakfast make it hard to recommend.

Incredible staff morning/afternoon. 3rd shift front desk always seemed like any interaction with them was an inconvenience from them being on their phone. I work customer service and could tell the 3rd shift aren't a people person . Restaurant staff was great !
