My daughter wanted to stop in the thrift store before she headed back to Nashville Tennessee and I have to say that the store is well organized good selection everybody was super friendly and super nice compared to other thrift stores that we have shopped in before

I mean, real gem of a place where you can find the gems! ✨️

This is a hoarder store I used to ship to shop here from the first day. I moved to Hollywood. It’s just behind the city. I’m in near the city hall right here in West Hollywood. I used to I used to shop here all the time man in 2004 2021 years ago he still this store is still here.

You can find so many amazing things here. By far my favorite thrift store.

Clothing, furniture, books, bric-a-brac and more....many sales special throughout the week. A veritable treasure-trove of items, changing moment to moment. There is good parking available accessible from the alley, behind the store. HIV and other STI testing may be available at this location... They will accept many of your donations, if you have extra stuff to share... The staff are friendly and always helpful.

This is my favorite thrift store in LA Hands down. I love the vibes and it's nice to know my money is actually going to HELP PEOPLE as opposed to other stores that frame themselves as charity but aren't.

This whole chain is nice. I think the long beach one is a little better with a larger selection, but the staff are all nice. There’s a parking lot and they make dropping off donations easy.

Donations drop off stops at 6pm. Was told "Just for my information" when I just went over at 6:20. Please AHF, put it on your donations website. Because, when I'm donating stuff and getting lectured, it doesn't feel good.

Very disappointing experience.. I came in looking for some jeans, and their selection was lackluster at best. Nothing was organized by size, and many things were half hanging on the hanger, making it very hard to look through their selection. After finding two pairs of jeans I asked to try them on, and was told they don’t have a fitting room, but that I could try them on in the middle of the store, which was a very strange thing to tell customers. I was clearly uncomfortable trying on jeans in the middle of the store, so I asked what the return policy was, and she told me that I could return my two items so long as they had the tags and were returned within 48 hours. Well after going home and trying on the jeans, I realized they weren’t for me, so I went back the next day to return. When I came back I was told that they never accept any returns. I explained that the employee the day before told me that I had 48 hours to return my items, however the employee refused to accept my return despite having all the tags on and the receipt and proof of transaction. If you’re going to tell customers about the return policy, then you really need to keep your word and honor that. Had I been told the truth that I could not return, I’d never have purchased anything from here. Honestly felt duped, and their employees were rude and not at all helpful or sorry. UPDATE: despite the company “reaching out” to escalate things, as you can see below, I’ve never heard anything back from them. I tried reaching out to them using their provided email, and they’ve just never responded. Sure seems like a scam to make it look like they care when customers have issues.

Located on West Hollywood's main street. Parking is at the back and directly connected to the furniture, general merchandise, and book sections. It's easy to access the clothing section from Santa Monica Boulevard. The items are neatly organized by category, easy to browse, in good condition, and reasonably priced. It's a great place to stop by if you're looking for something flashy. Apparently, they're connected to the HIV Foundation.
