We stayed three nights in this hotel. The location is adequate, not right in the center of town, but you can reach it by foot in 15 minutes. The service could’ve been better, for example we had to wait hours and it took countless reminders to get a sofa bed made. Their spa area was OK but the pool was extremely hot. They also booked too many children at the same time for the spa so it feels more like a playground than a relaxing spa. Breakfast buffet was great.
The hotel facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. The food is excellent, with a good variety of options. The dining area has a pleasant atmosphere, making meals enjoyable and relaxing. The overall ambiance of the hotel is welcoming and calm. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The pool advertised on all websites (hotels.com for example) is not accessible. We chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool (my 5 year old boy and I due to wanting to use a pool - we had planned on this). When booking, it said Spa treatments and massages need booking in advance. NOT the pool. You can't use the pool without booking and it was totally full. A swimming pool is not a treatment. We wasted our money on this place selecting a hotel with an advertised pool. The staff don't care about this distinction, hence the 1 star. The only feedback I have received is that it's a spa, it needs booking - a circular conversation leading nowhere. Hotels.com where I booked explicitly said only massages and spa treatments need booking. You guys need to be open and honest about this. Families are choosing you because of what you advertise.
We had a very nice stay and the Suites Plaza. From checking in to the room, everything was very clean, the employees super professional, and the room was perfect for us (and they provided a nice crib for our baby). Very comfortable bed. Location was perfect and within walking distance from most sights around Andorra la Vella. Best of all the hotel was very reasonably priced, especially for a 5 star hotel in an expensive country. We would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is a complete an utter disappointment. When we arrived, we wanted to go to the SPA but it was fully booked. Also the next day when they said between 17:00 and 19:00 they have kids hour. In the end, we were only able to book a slot for the final day. So out of 3 nights we stayed, we only had access to the spa 1 day. In addition, the rooms were in a really poor condition. The sheets were dirty and had black hairs on them, the lampshades were dirty and there were drawings all over the furniture. The reading lamp could not be adjusted to point at my book. On Friday night, a group of guests made a total racket during the night and woke us up repeatedly and children were screaming everywhere. The weirdest thing was that they put salted almonds next to the muesli as toppings for your breakfast yogurt. Who does that? We will definitely not return.
