Seattle Pride is the Pacific Northwest's largest LGBTQ+ celebration, held each June in one of America's most progressive cities. The Seattle Pride Parade draws over 200,000 spectators through downtown Seattle, past the Pike Place Market and along 4th Avenue, with Mount Rainier occasionally visible in the distance on clear June days.
The Seattle Pride Festival at Seattle Center draws additional tens of thousands for live performances, community organizations and food vendors. Seattle's strong culture of labor rights, environmental activism and social justice gives its pride a notably political character, with numerous advocacy organizations marching alongside the celebration.
