We went to Insitu Hotel for a weekend to go skiing, so we were looking for a hotel that wasn’t right in the center of Andorra but still allowed us to reach the slopes relatively quickly. At the same time, we didn’t want to stay right next to the ski resorts, so we could have more options for strolling around Andorra la Vella. The best part: The staff. From Miriam and her colleague, who welcomed us in the evening, to Natàlia and her teammate, who managed the breakfast service in the morning—everyone was extremely kind and professional, making our stay much easier and helping us with everything we needed. What we think could be improved: The quality of sleep. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable, and neither were the pillows. Additionally, the room was very warm, and the only option was to turn off the radiator, which meant going from one extreme to the other. Adjusting the radiator dial by a quarter or half turn didn’t solve the problem.

A terrible hotel that doesn't match the photos. I don't understand what other people's positive feedback is based on. The hotel needs repairs. Our room is a stank of urine, a kind of girl had no problem offering to change the room. This is the only advantage of this hotel. It didn't get renovated, and it looks like the hotel owners are saving on everything! That's the main problem! I attached the pictures.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Except from the location, everything else is wrong here. There is no air conditioning. Rooms are very outdated. To the extend they look dirty. Breakfast - there is a lady on a counter who you tell what you want to get from a buffet. This looks weird as people line up very quickly and she definitely can not manage that. I wish I knew how horrible it is before booking it :) was looking at the price and reviews in Google … the lesson - read more reviews and not only good ones. Will never ever even consider staying in this place.

Alot of noise because we got a room facing the very busy street (despite agreeing way in advance that we will get a river side room if available upon arrival). At midnight there was a truck collecting the rubbish so the noise was way too much to ignore. (The guy from the reception promised that it will get quiet during the night ... funny 😁) No air-conditioning, but only a ceiling fan. The private underground parking is very tight and expensive. The staff was friendly and ..funny. All in all ...was an ok stay for the budget.

I enjoyed it so much I am a local , but needed to escape the construction in my building, for a few days Great value , unbeatable prices during the week days What you get : 1- cleanliness , the cleaning ladies are truly the stars of this hotel 2- Luminosity , the rooms are very bright and well maintained 3- Views of the mountains (only in the back of hotel though ) 4- Tranquility and safety 5- 10 minutes walk to heart of Andorra 6 - Reception; young and happy ladies always willing to help 7- They serve breakfast 12 euros , cereals cuts , cheeses, hot food on demand , again breakfast area super clean , overlooking the mountains . Moltes Gracies a Tots.
