Positives - large room, clean, friendly staff, good location. Parking underneath convenient. Big negative - room furniture and fittings dated and somewhat shabby. eg we had to get a maintenance person in to fix the balcony door (wouldnt open) in the first 5 minutes of arrival. Exposed screws in furniture, swollen laminate, screw holes in bathroom tiles where a fixture had been removed. Not 5 star by any means.

Staff were very helpful and understanding, room was great, and the conference room was very good.

Did not stay here just had the worst seafood buffet I have ever had so disappointing.

Lauren helped us with all our excursion bookings and last minute changes. She was very helpful and courteous. Very happy with her service. Caine and Faizal was amazing with check in and check out. It was seemless and very happy with their service.

Breakfast was good. Room is quite dated, on my floor the carpet in the hallway is held together with gaffer tape. The pool area was closed for maintenance the whole time I was there - the pool was the reason I booked Pullman over other places so disappointing to find this out when I got there. Could use pull in adjacent hotel but it isn't as good. There was a wifi outage while I was there. Location was good for the conference centre.

I stayed first time in Cairns. All facility I s excellent and very very very kind For all guests. If I have trip to another place, I will use this kind of Hotel.

Good sized rooms however poorly maintained especially for a recently updated room type. Amenities not restocked during the stay, expensive mini bar even by hotel standards. Don't get the Charcutirie board as they will serve what's left over from the breakfast buffet at best. Our meats were off.

Concierge service is spot on and very helpful!
