Magnum Serviced Apartments Darwin

Wonderful place to stay, so clean & the service was amazing.

I stayed here a few years ago when it was under the RnR Apartments name. The first impression is the long and spacious hallway that greets you. I had two spacious rooms, a modern bathroom and toilet, ample kitchen and lounge room and an open air balcony. There is a long rooftop swimming pool and barbeque area for people to enjoy. The location is very close to the main shopping district of Darwin but far enough that you cannot hear any street noise. Highly recommend and the staff, in particular Laura was helpful and courteous.

The apartments are clean, functional, and very centrally located. Booking and access were easy. The staff were friendly and competent. Thank you very much, and we would gladly come again.

Not a 4 star facility, needs maintenance and is not very clean. It is not at all pristine as it seems on the advertisement: the dryer was not working upon our arrival and was never repaired; battered kitchen utensils which were not sufficient to cook a real meal; only 1 reading lamp and 1 night table for 2 bedrooms; couches stained; lock on the balcony door broken; balcony filthy; fans and air conditioner vents looked like they had never been cleaned; elevator filthy. The appartement should have been deep cleaned before our arrival. Service is non existant. Staff is pleasant but doesn't solve any problems. Housekeeping is substandard. The alternative to the reception, the "green butler tablet" is useless. There are better places to stay in Darwin.
