The Oct Harbour, Shenzhen - Marriott Executive Apartments

An excellent modern hotel that was clean, comfortable, and completely free of any damp, cigarette, or food smells (something surprisingly rare in many hotels in China). I stayed in a spacious studio apartment with high ceilings, a great view, excellent air conditioning, and a dehumidifier, which made the room especially comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the room was very convenient, and the hotel even provided laundry detergent. The bed was comfortable, and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is peaceful and quiet, close to a waterfront park, restaurants, and cafes. Although it’s not in the city center, that’s exactly what makes it so relaxing. The center can still be reached by taxi in around 10–15 minutes. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. The room was comfortable enough for a long stay and genuinely felt like a home away from home. Only minor signs of wear and tear, nothing significant.

202512 This chic hotel offers modern apartments with kitchens and washing machines, and features a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. It's located next to Happy Harbour and a shopping mall, a relatively quiet area with less crowds on weekdays. The shopping mall has Shenzhen's largest Skechers sports and leisure goods store, with a wide variety of items for men, women, and children. The apartment-style rooms are quite spacious, with a one-bedroom, one-living room layout, perfect for extended stays. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection is limited.

We just stayed for three days and two nights at the end of March. There were elderly and young children in our group, and the three rooms were just right. The hotel is near Happy Coast, which has beautiful scenery and shopping malls with fun activities for kids. The adults enjoyed the nearby Shenzhen Bay Park. We had a relaxing holiday, and a special thank you to Roy, the hotel staff member, for his attentive service.

Everything is good for me. Better to go check it out!
