Located at good place

A well-located hotel near the large covered market, with a fairly good reception and service. Decent rooms (local standard).

Once it was a very nice hotel in respect of cleanliness, staff attitude and food quality. But during my recent visit it was observed that these qualities do not exit now.Hot water comes for a limited period of time, breakfast is not available till 9 in the morning, furnitures worn out, dirty floor etc. Since I visited this property many times long before, I recognize some staff and vice versa. But these are of no use. Of course the receptionist girl try to accommodate many of our problems.

Very nice location and service

Bathroom was flooded after every shower. All staffs and support staffs are awesome.

It is safe. It is central to all the main locations. Friendly staff. Rooms are minimal but it's good enough if you're going to be outdoors all day. Everything is available around the hotel. Shopping and food is numero uno.

The location of the hotel is quite good as it is at walking distance from Esplanade shopping area and the service provided is hospitable. The staff was quite friendly. Stay was good.
