Wow, what an experience!! Let's start with the reservation, from the first phone call with the representative named Ruth, she was charming and pleasant, everything was patient!! We booked a room for Valentine's Day, we were pampered in an amazing suite, comfortable beds, everything was clean, with a large bathtub in the room! They pampered us with balloons, a fruit platter, bottles of water and champagne!! The staff is amazing and patient, everything was so pleasant and fun. The hotel is close to everything, the market, the city, and with a car, anyway.. and there is a beautiful roof with a pampering jacuzzi!! Simply an experience I will return again and again!!

A simply amazing boutique hotel! A rooftop with a jacuzzi that simply gives the soul peace in the evening, a 360 view overlooking all of magnificent Jerusalem! We debated which room to take and in the end we went for the apartment on the ground floor that is suitable for five friends and it was simply a crazy experience. The staff took care of everything for us, made us happy from the moment we arrived to celebrate with our friend who was getting married until the moment we left. I recommend calling a telephone service representative to close a reservation, that way you will get the best price with the promise!!!!

A charming hotel with a special atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, decorated and very clean, and the location is simply excellent. The staff was attentive and available for any request. In addition, the beds are extremely comfortable and everything is maintained to a high standard. The stunning rooftop and the luxurious jacuzzi were a great bonus and made the vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Very nice, beautiful and clean hotel. Perfect location! The hotel breakfast (at a cafe nearby) was excellent. Amazing view from the roof and there is also a nice jacuzzi. The only downside is that there is no drinking water available during the evening and night.

Excellent location. Average plus room. We booked a deluxe room, got a smaller room, when we informed them they upgraded us to a larger room (they said we asked for a quiet room so they changed). Room maintenance is average - one of the tiles is out of place. No elevator. Narrow staircase.

An apartment hotel that provides only accommodation and no service beyond that. There is no lobby, no parking and no breakfast. We booked and paid for the suite and received a standard room. Only after we complained were we moved to the suite. The suite is quite neglected: rotten flower pots, the room is dusty, the carpet is dirty and the mirrors are dirty. The jacuzzi is not working. I will not return and certainly will not recommend it. Conclusion: There are plenty of quality hotels in Jerusalem and for the price we paid it is better to take a hotel room and enjoy additional services such as a pool, a sauna and breakfast

Excellent boutique hotel, clean and in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the market. Excellent service, patient and always with a smile We had a problem with the room lock and they made sure to fix it as soon as possible and of course also a small upgrade which was really nice. We really enjoyed it, highly recommended!

We stayed in a suite - it was stunning, clean, the staff was amazing, every corner of the hotel is thoughtful and special. It's clear that a lot of thought and especially heart was put into it. Just like the staff. Thank you very much very much
