This is a fantastic hotel! The environment is bright and spacious, with even four double beds – very comfortable indeed. Since it just opened in April, all the furniture is new. It's an unmanned check-in area; you need to enter your guest information on a tablet inside to receive the door code and room code. The door is incredibly airtight and soundproof; I couldn't even hear the rain outside. This hotel is truly amazing!

The location is very central, only minutes to Canal City mall, and there are also many restaurants and shops around. The property is spacious and very new, only months old and everything looks great, clean and comfortable. Though an unmanned property, communication is clear on what you need to do when you arrive. Prepare cash/card to pay for Fukuoka accommodation tax when you arrive. There’s a washing machine but no dryer. You have to to use the bathroom to dry your clothes. No parking on site. There’s paid parking across the street.
