Kobe Rainbow Festa

The Kobe Rainbow Festa Executive Committee (神戸レインボーフェスタ実行委員会) organizes Kobe Rainbow Festa, Hyogo Prefecture's first large-scale LGBTQ+ pride festival and parade. Launched in 2023 and staged each spring around Sannomiya and the Meriken Park waterfront, the festa combines a march through central Kobe with information booths, stages and community stalls. The 2025 edition drew roughly 10,000 attendees and featured Hyogo's first major pride parade.
