I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is just a small hotel, but it feels like home. Clean rooms , working AC, TV, everything is worth it. And I can say that one of the highlight of my stay here is the best customer service , from the security, receptionists, room attendants, and even their supervisors are the best. Special thanks to Ms. Aisy, Karen, and the hotel supervisor whose name I forgot for always accommodating my request and giving me the best customer service. See you again next year.
The place is great. I chose the 3-hour stay to rest. Mind you, the aircon is new and really cold even though it is 23°C. I'm not used to really cold.
