I was disappointed by how I was treated during my recent visit. I was simply waiting for my partner, who was availing of your service, yet I was rudely turned away and referred to as a “bystander.” What made the experience more frustrating is that this was not my first time visiting your establishment. As a returning guest, I expected a more professional and courteous approach. Hospitality is built on making guests feel welcome, and being dismissed in such a manner falls far below the standards expected in this industry. A simple explanation delivered with respect would have been appreciated. I hope management addresses this matter and reminds staff that every guest interaction reflects the quality and reputation of the business.
