Standard room is extremely expensive

I wanted to offer a private reminder, but I couldn't find a way to contact them. (No one was at the front desk when I checked out this morning.) I've stayed here several times; the room rate is reasonable, but the cleanliness is really worrying... There was so much hair on the bed 🙁🙁 It looks like animal fur? Does that mean the sheets haven't been changed? 🫣🫣🫣

The room walls were old and dusty. The only amenities were water. The bathroom had a dryer and a bathtub, which was nice.

I stayed in room 602 for two nights on February 18, 2026, with one adult, one child, and a duck. The hotel location was good; there were people with cars, and parking was relatively cheap under the nearby overpass. Although the front desk wasn't open 24 hours, the staff explained things very clearly. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a nice large bathtub. Regarding soundproofing, the room had solid walls all around, so there were no problems. However, there were orange pipes visible above the wardrobe ventilation opening; whenever there was flushing or drainage upstairs, the noise was very loud. That's how I spent the first night. The second night, because it was hot, I turned the air conditioning up. Shortly after, I heard water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. I called the front desk, but no one answered. I switched the air conditioning to automatic, and the leak stopped. However, after my child took a bath, I heard drainage from upstairs again, and the bathroom started leaking again shortly after. I quickly grabbed the duck's bathtub to catch the leak. The next morning, I checked and thankfully, the leak had only lasted a short time. This is my experience staying here. Overall, it was okay. It might just be a single case, but I hope the operator can make some improvements.

Not bad

The hotel is cozy, clean and quiet. It is a few minutes walk from metro stations. The hotel owner is kind, helpful, and helps with everything you need. The airline we flew with sent our suitcase to Taipei with a 5-day delay and because we don't speak the language, during the waiting time, the hotel owner was talking on the phone, sending emails, and updating us on the progress until the luggage arrived. It really helped us feel more relaxed, we wouldn't have been able to manage this situation without the kind help of the hotel staff!!

The soundproofing is terrible. It's already midnight, and I can still hear snoring from next door, footsteps upstairs, and the sound of the toilet flushing. Ugh 😮‍💨

The room was spacious, with a large bed and a large bathroom; it had everything you'd expect.

This was my first time staying here, and although I caused some inconvenience due to personal issues, they handled it very courteously. The rooms and facilities were good, and it was a great hotel within walking distance of Gyotengu Station.

Parking is convenient for drivers; after parking, you can ride a GoShare bike or call a taxi to explore Taipei. The room is huge, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the price is much cheaper when booking online. It's pet-friendly; pets cost an extra NT$1000 per night, which is more expensive than for people, haha.

The environment is clean and comfortable. 🌟🌟🌟Pet-friendly🌟🌟🌟 This is a highly recommended hotel. There's no smell upon entering. The bathroom even has a bathtub🤩 🅿️There are parking spaces and under-bridge parking nearby. Overall, I highly recommend it.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was very nice to be in the room of this hotel. Everything is clean, new, everything is shiny, a wonderful bathroom and a TV with many options. The only negative is that on the websites in "booking" and "agoda" it was written that check-out is at 12 o'clock, it turned out to be at 11. Please fix this situation🙌
