Used concierge services in Singapore a few times and honestly, Chris was right up there. Replies were fast, prices were straightforward, and there was no messing around. Everything happened when he said it would, which is pretty rare these days. Made the whole Bangkok trip a lot easier.

Xiaomei was our female tour guide in Bangkok and she made the day easy. She helped with translation, getting around, and choosing a few spots based on what we liked. Very smooth experience.
We used the airport fast track service in Bangkok along with an airport transfer. Everything was organized in advance and worked as expected. Immigration was quick and the driver was waiting on arrival. Clear communication and reliable service.
