We had a fantastic stay at the W Hotel as a family of 3. The room was excellent--blackout curtains, comfortable bedding, hot shower, and a/c worked great. It was quiet throughout our stay of 4 nights. The facilities were excellent --the pool was relaxing and the gym was very well equipped with everything needed for a proper workout. We had breakfast here every day during our stay, and it was always a wonderful experience. The staff was very attentive, efficient, and incredibly warm. This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!

Very great for the corporate meetings

I had a short business trip here and was very amazed. It has a very modern and young vibe. The location is just a short walk away from the BTS so it was convenient given Bangkok traffic is really bad. The Bar Sathorn was also cozy with a heritage elegance. Special thanks to Pop who made my journey there easy and memorable.

He was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond, he even surprised me with a birthday cake and a handwritten card. This was the best experience I’ve had across several trips to Thailand. The rooms were stylish, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with beautiful city views and excellent amenities. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, fitness center, and the relaxing atmosphere around the hotel. The breakfast selection was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the BTS station, making it easy to explore Bangkok.
