Gavin is a helpful, kind, and thoughtful host. The room was spacious and incredibly good for the price. The atmosphere of the accommodation is welcoming and peaceful. Food was delicious and staff accommodating.

It's a hidden gem in the old town of Chiang Mai. Located just a few minutes from the major attractions, temples, restaurants and the Sunday Market but still so peaceful. The staff and the owners are very friendly and you can feel you are staying with your family. They are always available to recommend various activities and amazing tours in the area of Chiang Mai. I will miss the delicious breakfast...

I have nothing but good things to say about this place, the big man at reception was a sweetheart so was the rest of the staff. Its beautifully located and great garden, for this price i felt bad so i sneaked some tip in the tipbox for these lovely people. Please help and support them and enjoy your stay

We spent 4 very relaxed days in this great hotel. Staff was very helpful with organising our activities and recommending places that suit our interests. They served excellent breakfast of our choice from their nice selection of meals.

Fantastic guesthouse in the heart of Chiang Mai. Gavin, Dom and the rest of the staff made our stay absolutely brilliant, which made my girlfriend and I feel at home. Their in-house cooking class provided by Dom was authentic and great fun! The breakfast was of a high quality with a wide range of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere and staff. Very conveniently located. The room is nice and bathroom is renovated. If I had to say something negative, I would talk about the extremely thin walls. You will hear your neighbours at night, but I guess that's also part of the charm.
