The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were enthusiastic 👍👍👍
The room was even nicer than I expected, the decor was lovely and looked great in photos. The space was clean, smelled nice, and the air conditioning cooled quickly, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was also convenient. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back 🫶
I booked this room and it was very clean and dry. The staff were very helpful and had lovely voices.
The customer service is terrible. Most guests arrive late at night, but no staff member answers the phone. Poor service.
I hate being asked which room number every time I go up to the room. It's really embarrassing. Love hotels are supposed to be private, so asking so many questions is just annoying.
