La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi

The location of this hotel is exactly where you want to be in Hanoi. The air conditioning was broken the entire time we were there so it was really hot in our room with my wife and 3 kids! The breakfast here is very, very good! Apart from the hot room we enjoyed our stay. Do not expect luxury as it is just in average condition but make sure you get yourself to breakfast every morning. Lastly the lady who organises the tours is such a lovely person to deal with but when I got to the train station to catch our overnight train I was forced to pay for another ticket after booking it through her at hotel…I would probably book activities & transport through someone else and not hotel. Enjoy!

Staff all lovely , Lily was very knowledgeable on our arrival showed us on a map places to go within walking distance etc , we stayed total 7 nights and booked two great tours through the hotel . Rooftop bar was amazing cocktails and views.

This is a really special hotel! The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The receptionist Lily felt like she was there for every need or question we had, and went above and beyond in service. From breakfast to the restaurant to seeing you off in a taxi, the hotel staff members as a whole were there to make your stay great. The location of the hotel is right near Hoan Kiem lake and made it really easy to walk to everything we were hoping to see and do. It's very easy to take a grab from the hotel or take the bus to locations outside of the old quarter. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and regularly serviced and appear exactly as they are in the photos

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. They proactively asked if we needed any assistance. Celebrating my friend's birthday was a wonderful surprise! ❤️ They even gave us a small gift upon check-out 🎁

The La Nueva is beautiful, and if I could give the staff more stars I most certainly would. From the moment that we checked in we were welcomed into the La Nueva family. The amazing Jenny ensured that we had everything we needed and went out of her way on multiple occasions. She even walked us to the Water Puppet show and helped us buy our tickets. That was beyond exceptional. The rooms were spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning and had everything from a traditional American breakfast to delicious beef pho. The rooftop bar is also a must where the drinks are great and the view is spectacular. I also utilized the spa and had one of the best massages of my life. If you are looking for exceptional service, amazing food, and the best Hanoi hotel experience, make sure you stay at the La Nueva.

Fantastic stay at the La Nueva Boutique Hotel coming off our Ha Long Bay cruise. Great location, no more than a 3-minute walk to the NE corner of Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Town. Jenny, the concierge, was fantastic! She greeted us warmly with cold tea and cold wet towels after our drive from Ha Long. We wanted to see the Thang Long Water Puppet show that evening and Jenny walked us down to the theater and bought our tickets for us (we paid, of course) and got a rate that was half that of tickets online! Our room was very spacious, had great wifi and air conditioning and plenty of hot water. The rooftop bar had a great view and the prices were certainly right, even for mixed drinks. My wife had a full body massage and I had a foot and leg massage at their spa and they were both the best we had in Vietnam. Overall, a great stay and a great way to finish our trip to Vietnam!

Excellent hotel. Very well located. Jenny's welcome was incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the attentiveness of the staff, especially Emilie, will remain unforgettable for us.

I stayed two nights at La Nueva Boutique Hotel in Hanoi and was absolutely delighted. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They were very helpful and responded quickly to all requests. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The bed was simply exceptional: incredibly comfortable, I slept very well! The location is also ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot. But what impressed me most was the breakfast buffet. It was truly delicious and offered a wide variety of choices every day: hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs cooked to order, freshly squeezed juices… A real treat that allowed me to start the day off right. In short, excellent value for money for a charming boutique hotel. I highly recommend La Nueva Boutique Hotel and I won't hesitate to return on my next trip to Hanoi! Thank you to the whole team! 🙏
