Nice rooms, poor breakfast, very cold and not tasty, no vegetables The only thing that would be good is always hot water and a good location

As a place wonderful but they didn't give me the room I booked. TV didn't not work ı requested help but no solution. Still ı think the place is great

I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. They systematically deceive and lie to customers. ​Here is what happened in detail: ​The Booking: I booked and paid through Booking.com and received an official confirmation. When I called the hotel shortly after to ask a quick question, they boldly claimed my name wasn't in their system and that they had no vacant rooms anyway—telling us we shouldn't even bother showing up. The bizarre thing: at that exact moment, Booking.com was still showing available rooms for this hotel! ​The Cancellation: I immediately contacted Booking.com. They reached out to the hotel to clarify the situation, but the hotel completely ignored two separate deadlines (including a 24-hour ultimatum) and went completely silent. Because of this, Booking.com was forced to officially cancel the reservation. ​The Money Drama: Even though the cancellation was entirely the hotel's fault, they strictly refused to refund my money after a long back-and-forth via text messages. ​The Audacity of the Manager: During a follow-up call, we managed to get the manager on the phone. He was extremely rude and insolent. He claimed he had just landed for his vacation, accused US of lying, and said flat out that we wouldn't get a single cent back. He promised to call us back, which (of course) never happened. ​The Resolution: We refused to back down and had Booking.com review all the proof. Since Booking.com had it black on white that the hotel had ignored all deadlines, Booking.com ultimately refunded the entire amount out of their own pocket because it was completely the hotel's fault. If it were up to the hotel, I would have never seen my money again! ​This place deliberately tries to pocket your money without providing a room. Do not book here under any circumstances—pure scam and disrespect toward customers!

This was going to be my second stay at the hotel. I booked it directly on their website and obtained a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to leave because there was no room for me. They just didn't care about me being left in the streets at 17:30. Everything done through an employee and no one from the management dared to show up. I own a travel agency and of course, I will never again use the property and will discourage anyone to use the property.
