Excellent hotel, great atmosphere, beautiful courtyard. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. I don't think I've ever experienced such friendly and attentive staff. Hospitality is truly practiced here by everyone.

What a find! Nala’s location is great - a hop from local amenities and just a short, charming stroll into town or corner bus. The bar staff was amazinf and the breakfast is above average! I loved that they champion local producers, the food and drinks feel authentic and the service at the bar is top-notch. The rooms are adorable: compact but brilliantly designed, modern and super comfy. Everywhere you look there’s beautiful art, and the garden is an absolute oasis, perfect for sipping a drink and unwinding. Highly recommend for a stylish, thematic boutique hotel, relaxing stay with lots of local flavour!

We stayed at the hotel from May 14th to 17th, 2026, with a group of eight people. It's a fantastic and creatively furnished hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious treats, and they even provided a gluten-free option for a guest with an intolerance. Thank you to the NALA team for a wonderful stay.

A very welcoming place to stay in the city of Innsbruck. Wonderful rooms with very nice decoration, practical spaces with a comfortable and large bed. The garden is simply wonderful. I would love to visit it again!!!!

There are different rooms available. We choose a basic room which was quite small. The use of space though is inspired and the room did not feel cramped. Not that there's any reason to spend much time there. They have a lovely patio, a beautiful garden, a games room and a nice restaurant/ bar. They also have a honesty bar leading out to the patio, where you can grab a drink or snack and write your purchase on a sheet of paper, to be added to your bill. On arrival we were warmly greeted and offered a glass of ice tea or prosecco. All the staff were lovely, kind and helpful. A particular shout out for Danny, who made us a hot tea when we arrived from the cold outside after dinner. We also had a nice chat over a g 'n' t prior to dinner. As we say in Australia, you're a legend Danny! Breakfast was divine. Local produce is used where possible and the yoghurt is made in house. As an added bonus, if you stay 2 nights or more, you get a visitor card to access free public transport.

A beautifully designed hotel with lovely, unique rooms. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is particularly impressive, offering a wide variety and high quality, including vegan options. There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, and the location is fantastic.

A truly special experience in the heart of Innsbruck! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel NALA. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the stylish and thoughtfully designed decor. Every detail is crafted with care and attention to detail, creating a unique atmosphere. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You truly feel welcome here. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet: fresh, varied, and featuring many regional products – a perfect start to the day! Next time we're in Innsbruck, we'll definitely be back.

We went there for breakfast during the week; absolutely lovely and relaxed/cozy; the food had everything you could wish for and more; the beautiful courtyard would be especially nice in good weather.

The NALA Individual Hotel made our trip to Innsbruck a truly special stay. The many unique and lovingly designed rooms delighted the entire team. The hotel is very centrally located; the city center, train station, and important public transport stops are all within easy walking distance. Despite its central location, the rooms were exceptionally quiet. The green courtyard is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight for many of us. A huge selection of delicious treats! I would also like to give special mention to the NALA team. From the initial booking inquiry to our departure, all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated.
