A great hotel, cool bar on the 8th floor with a large balcony, great breakfast.

I'm often in Vienna for work and have stayed in many hotels. For me, the 25hours Hotel is a place where I feel right at home. The hotel has its own unique style; each room is similar yet distinct. Kiki in the Ribella restaurant is in a league of her own, and Felix in the rooftop bar has a memory like an elephant—a true professional. I would hire all the receptionists at my hotel. I'm not saying this as a layperson, but as someone who has trained in the hotel industry. While I've only mentioned two employees by name, my praise extends to all departments and areas. Everyone is highly motivated and professional in their interactions with guests. The location near the Parliament building is perfect, and as long as I'm there for work, I'll definitely be dining there. Breakfast is excellent. I would appreciate more options in the restaurant—in addition to pizza and pasta, I'd like to see Viennese cuisine. Fortunately, there are several good restaurants nearby that offer Viennese specialties. In short: Keep up the great work! I'll remain a loyal customer 🥰 5 stars for the location, the friendliness, the experience. PS: Apparently, there's also a great spa area. I haven't had a chance to try it yet due to time constraints – but perhaps I'll get the chance on one of my next visits.

"Good things come to those who wait!" I finally made it to visit you at the 25hours Hotel. It was a long wait, from November 5, 2024, until my trip to Vienna began on June 6, 2026. But the wait was well worth it! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Matthias and his team for the wonderful stay and the excellent service. We felt incredibly comfortable with you! We had only positive impressions of your hotel and will/have expressed our praise to friends and acquaintances at every opportunity. Perhaps I'll have the chance to visit you again. Rest assured, I will!

Website clearly states that they refill the included in room mini bar once per stay. When we inquired about our free refill the staff accused us of lying and was extremely rude. There was no apology even after we showed them where on their website it says that. Instead all we got was that is wrong. I have included a screen shot of the website below. If you consider the mini bar a perk know it DOES NOT get refilled and comes only with 2 bottles of beer.

A hotel that's a bit different, in a good way. Very well done, cheerful, and hip. The staff are sometimes perhaps a little too cheeky, but so what? The interior design is very whimsical and cool; you feel very comfortable in the colorful rooms, which follow the circus theme. A couple of negative experiences in room 424: the shower faucet wobbles, and the shower drain is visibly clogged. The room is a bit too small. Expensive garage parking spaces. Conclusion: We'll definitely be back!

A trip to the opera began with entering a special world—a circus or a fairytale world? That's for you to decide. Even check-in started with a friendly chat and a wink—honestly, I like people with a sense of humor! After a brief and concise introduction to the hotel's amenities, our journey began with a glimpse into the 80s and 90s. Retro chic in the room, cool styling ideas, great extras, and an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. We didn't visit Ribelli, but we did go to the rooftop bar, which was lively late at night, and the view was breathtaking. The wellness facilities are excellent for those who have the time; unfortunately, we didn't. All in all, a visit that left nothing to be desired, and the beds were heavenly. I've rarely slept so well in a hotel bed. Thank you to the 25hours team for a wonderful stay.

My wife and I experienced blatant racism, or even antisemitism, here. We wanted to have a drink on the rooftop terrace, but we were refused! The waitress said there was nothing on the roof! Drinks were only available downstairs! We experienced this racism before the pandemic, and I'm only writing about it now because I couldn't handle it at the time. It hurt terribly to experience such racism—it's difficult to get over something like that, and back then I didn't have the strength to write about this negative experience. I needed to process it first! I have to say, even though it was a few years ago, this racist (or even antisemitic) experience still hurts. No one deserves to be treated in a racist way! By the way, I also told Nuriel about it, but he didn't reply. Sure ⭐️ 0 stars for 25 hours in a hotel

Actually a great hotel, unfortunately without a working air conditioner! The air conditioner was practically non-functional. With outside temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius, it was a disaster. After my initial complaint, I was told that I probably wasn't operating the air conditioner correctly. However, by that point, I had already tried all the settings. A friendly staff member then came to the room and adjusted some of the settings. After another two hours and a further, more forceful complaint, I finally received a different room. While this one was about 2-3 degrees cooler, the air conditioner was still barely functional. I ended up staying for four nights. At check-out, I was asked, "Was everything alright?" I replied, "Yes, except for the non-functioning air conditioner." The only response was a friendly smile – without any further questions or reaction, I received the bill. My personal impression: The problem with the air conditioner seems to be known to all the staff, but it isn't openly addressed with guests. Therefore, my recommendation is: Anyone who values ​​a functioning air conditioner during the summer months should probably avoid this hotel.

Wonderful hotel fabulous roof top bar which reminds you of a back stage party. Cool as cool. Very nice small eco gym and spa...tres chic.All hotels should be like this.

The rooms were a bit strange, they were clean on the wall of the drawings of the circus world

Great location and staff was nice. AC in the room barely worked. Roof top turned in to a club like atmosphere at night. Music was loud but couldn’t hear it from the room. Sauna and steam room didn’t open until the afternoon which was disappointing. Otherwise great theme to the hotel and enjoyed the amenities.
