Visitors frequently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent wellness facilities, with many highlighting the breakfast as sublime. However, one visitor strongly complained about restrictive and seemingly child-unfriendly pool hours, stating children were only allowed to swim in the morning.

Wow, what a dessert buffet, it was well worth it. The table setting was perfect, very beautiful and well-presented.
Stayed over for a wedding and it was great!
We went for a girlfriend’s trip (6 friends total) and really enjoyed our stay! The room was big and the bed was so comfortable, the pool and spa area were amazing, the buffet breakfast was so good with a lot of variety, the hotel is Beautiful and every staff member I met was kind and professional. Absolutely memorable!
DON'T COME HERE (pleeeeeease do not ...) ... we want to keep this gem for ourselves. 🙃🤫 Truly amazing stay – 5/5 will come again!
Nice hotel with good amenities. The spa facilities included in the room rate are enough to make you feel fully relaxed. However the rooms could be improved especially on hot days. The air conditioning doesn’t work and isn’t modifiable. Was extremely uncomfortable.
This was our first time staying at the hotel, and there’s no doubt we’ll return. The service and attitude from the staff were excellent, and the hotel was clean and well- organized, just as expected from a hotel of this standard. In addition, the breakfast was rich and indulgent. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.
