Our wedding at the Ballroom Riverside at the Zoo Hotel was simply fabulous! We would like to extend a big and sincere thank you to the entire team, especially the wonderful Mateja, who made sure everything went absolutely perfectly. Her professionalism, accessibility and friendliness exceeded all our expectations. Not only did they accommodate our every wish, but they went the extra mile to accommodate us. Mateja's valuable advice and ideas made the organization much easier and took the whole experience to the next level, which was also noticed by our guests who are still full of impressions. We had our wedding at the Zoo Ballroom on 6. 6. 2026 and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Zoo Hotel team, especially Matea and Dalibor, with whose help our day went perfectly. From the first meeting, through the final arrangements, to the smallest details, everything was organized and realized exactly as we agreed. They were available to us at all times of the day and with their professional approach, they instilled trust throughout the entire organization process. These people really know what it means to do a top job and they do it with great style. Matea's professionalism, warmth and support throughout the evening are something we will remember for a long time. It is a priceless feeling when you know that someone is present all the time, taking care of every detail and keeping everything under control. Matea, thank you from the bottom of my heart🤍 We have absolutely no complaints. The food was fantastic, and the waiter service throughout the evening was at a high level. We would like to thank Mr. Steve for the excellent organization of the entire team in the hall. A big thank you to the wonderful Karmela from the reception, who made our experience even more special with her kindness, helpfulness and smile. Thank you to the entire Zoo Hotel team for being a part of our special day and making it unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for top-notch service, professionalism and a warm atmosphere for their important life moments.

We celebrated First Communion at the Zoo restaurant, the food was good, the service was great, they paid attention to detail, brought extra food when it ran out on the tables, the waiters were fast and non-stop nearby, the restaurant manager was also present. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. There were several celebrations in the hall and the guests were decently divided and no one bothered anyone, a smoking area nearby, well-organized. All praise.
