Excellent apartment, the location is great, near the main attractions, recently renovated, very responsive host. Nice self check-in system.

Rooms are very clean, spacious and close proximity to the main attraction

This was a service apartment so there wasn't a reception and room service. The room was clean and spacious, just like the photos. Basic linen was provided. Communication with the host was prompt, and instructions to enter the apartment was clear and easy to follow. There were no elevators, so you would need to carry your luggage yourself up two flight of stairs. The location was great; close to the old town and palace. Note, at night the streets in the area were not well lit.

A wonderfully beautiful place to stay when you're in Split. The service is top-notch, the room is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a super nice balcony (in room 1). For those who enjoy it, there's also a large wall-mounted television where you can log in to Netflix and Prime. You'll receive confirmation messages upon arrival and departure, and in between, you'll be asked if you need towels, coffee, etc. You can also ask for advice on activities and more in Split. It's close to the city center! We definitely recommend staying here!

Everything is great. Parking is very crowded... and you have to pay if it's at a local parking lot; the closest one... 1.5 euros / hour

Location is perfect and very near to the city and city beach (10-15 min walk). For parking you have 2 options. There are some parking lots which are for free and a parking lot in which u pay 1,5€/hour (which is a standard price in Split). But remember: Split in summer is very full, so you might need some patience. The host is very polite and very good available! The rooms are very clean and well equipped (nice coffee machine and very good cooler) We had a perfect stay, if we visit split again, we would book here again! BR Sha

These are perfectly situated, clean and quiet rooms. I also loved the balcony, which faced the greenery behind the house and has a washing line. We had a huge bed (made of two single beds). Mattresses are comfortable but on the harder side. Excellent shower. Airco is quiet and does not face the beds, which is a huge plus. About 5min walking to the Silver or Golden Gates and near the market, bakeries, cafés. Would definitely recommend!
