Hotel in the city center, which of course means noise from the street, but then again, everything is within walking distance. Room without air conditioning, when we caught tropical days, and it was like being in a greenhouse, the hotel staff provided us with a fan, so it was better. Room equipment OK, clean, cozy. As for the staff, we give 100%, reception, maids, and restaurant staff. I read complaints about the breakfast, but we felt that it was fine. What I would change in the ordering system is for the customer to know the total price in advance, including parking and local tax, because in our case it increased the price by 200 CZK per day. We will definitely have no problem coming back again.

The room is clean and newly renovated. We give it a **** for the location. The nearby hospital and ambulances with their sirens blaring all night can be irritating. Breakfast is a buffet. The service is excellent, professional, and very friendly! Overall, I recommend it!
At the reception: park next to the mall... :)
