Mercure Ostrava Center Hotel

nice hotel

It is my second stay in this hotel due to company. I think there is not much nice hotels in Ostrava and Mercure is nice in here. The room is neat and tidy. A bit dated but functional with all aspects. Solid bed and quiet in the bedroom. The reception is not very welcoming but does its job. (The door keys are loosing their functionality almost every time, you had to go every time to reception to open up the room doors) The restaurant has a nice menu and delicious. The breakfast satisfy the needs and gluten free bread availability is a plus. A nice city hotel if you dont expect much. Also mostly cheap.
