Clean, quiet and affordable hotel. Highly recommended.
There is room for improvement in the quality of customer service and communication. I asked about parking for a large car. The price per night increased by 20€ and when I confirmed that the parking space was definitely reserved, I received the following answer: “we are trying to ensure the availability of parking spaces”. A long description of the quality and quantity of parking spaces in the area and the hotel, as well as the customers… She said that it might be better to look for a hotel elsewhere. Good breakfast! Easy to get to the city center by tram.
The room had a well-functioning air-heat pump. The microwave was also a nice addition. It could use a little renovation, but it did its job well as a place to stay.
