FABULOUS HOTEL under the direction of Caroline, this place is a place you will keep coming back to. I lived here for a few months and can testify: The rooms are comfortable, great beds and sheets and very clean, rhe pool is great, the bar always has delicious drinks and the breakfast is fabulous! The staff is wonderful. I will miss this place.

It was a pleasure to return to this hotel, which I already knew, the staff is very kind, especially Jordana at the reception!...otherwise it is perfect for a pleasant stay in the wonderful Cap d'Antibes!

I just spent four days at the Hotel La Garoupe. It's a truly charming and unique place. The staff is professional, attentive, and takes excellent care of their guests. We felt a real family atmosphere, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I travel regularly, and it's very rare to feel so comfortable in a hotel. Never ever again I will stay at this hotel. Small rooms with NO doors to the bathroom and no wardrobe doors, in the evening you can see through the room door. So it seems so, that they don’t like doors. Breakfast is in a room with so called Boho style furniture, that are old and uncomfortable. A very chilled bar keeper could care more about the guests and the gardener could do no more for the plants that already died on the balconies. The hotel has a lovely pool and is very quiet. The general manager should when she is for a visit in the hotel get in contact with the guest to get to know what could be done better instead of looking the whole time in her notebook. So you can’t do hotel business. And the reception sorry but three ladies share a small desk what is this? The hotel has a lot of potential but they don’t get I done. Staff very friendly but nobody told me for example that the room is ready to check-in and this was very late at 15.30h. Only form asking the French way ‚Comment ca vas?‘ is not the way that you love to come here again. As a single mum I got the smallest room ever and this for my 10 days stay!!! After I had asked for a bigger room they gave me a room that was a little bit bigger. I wouldn’t have stayed in the small room for 10 days. No space to put my two suitcases somewhere - only on the bed!! The room was like in a prison. And the room was in the old house where the windows are not refurbished. I wish the hotel management all the best to make out of this hotel what it should be for a 3star hotel because it has potential.

Converted villa with multiple room types. Quiet area surrounded by super villas, a short distance from various beaches. Friendly staff. Very nice!

It’s a hostel not a hotel! This hotel is a complete dupe. Nothing like the photos, please do not book. It’s a hostel not a hotel! The rooms are so basic and this hotel is a complete fraud. I stay in hotels all of the time and this has been awful and incomparable, the night staff are unbelievable rude and sarcastic. There’s no communal areas, nowhere to sit at all, pool is locked from 8pm. When we tried to raise our issues we were told to go and stay somewhere else, ideally more expensive. They wouldn’t even let us sit inside when it was torrential rain as the indoor bar was shut until later.

I had a really nice time at this place. It is cozy , clean and cute. The service is really nice from the waiter working at the pool to the reception team. I wanted to thank especially Laura as she has been very professional but also lovely . You are honestly the best receptionist I have ever met , thank you so much .

The property is very nice and well-maintained, with an excellent and spotless pool. They offer a buffet breakfast for €20, which is a bit overpriced. The property is in a less than convenient location, far from the beaches and the city center; you'll always need a car. The website says the beach is 700 meters away, but it's double that, and the drive back is uphill. The 37-degree heat is a godsend. Excellent for a few days' stay.
