Everything was satisfactory, only our apartment is a bit dated. Hence the one-star deduction.

Great potential but outdated management + how to fix it: The experience at this property is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the welcome is warm and the breakfast is very good. Special mention goes to the pool area, which is truly lovely (massage fountain, jacuzzi) with a magnificent view of the Pyrenees. The bedroom and bathroom are also very well appointed. However, the rental business seems stuck in the 2000s. When you return to this type of establishment, you understand in retrospect why Airbnb took over the market so quickly: Surprises upon arrival: You learn on arrival that cleaning is not included (and is charged at a premium). You also have to pay a €200 security deposit and reserve your time slots to access the pool. Dated amenities: The furniture and woodwork are showing their age. The TV is a bit small, and the Wi-Fi uses a captive portal, making it impossible to connect any device without a browser. The bare minimum: No basic supplies are provided, apart from toilet paper (no salt, no shower gel...). The vintage touch: The infamous inventory notices plastered on the wall, relics of check-out inspections from 20 years ago, are still there 😅. The breaking point: The departure logistics. At €200 a night, the departure is rough. Having to leave before 10 a.m., having cleaned, taken out the trash, and stripped the beds... it completely ruins the perceived value of the stay. The "relaxing" experience comes to an abrupt end the night before. Vacation package: OK. Weekend package: Exhausting logistics. 💡 The strategist's corner: Modernization ideas for your business model. 😇 I see here an establishment with an excellent draw (the infrastructure, the setting, the pool), but which suffers from an outdated business model that creates customer friction. Here's how to pivot to increase your profitability and loyalty: Switch to the "Frictionless" model: Systematically include the cost of cleaning and a "Welcome Kit" (shower gel, salt, pepper, coffee) in the nightly rate. Increasing your rate by €15/night will go unnoticed, but asking guests to clean or pay extra at the end of a €200 stay will destroy your satisfaction rate. The modern customer wants "plug-and-play." Monetize your constraints (Upselling): Instead of imposing a rigid and anxiety-inducing 10:00 AM checkout, set the standard time at 11:00 AM and offer a "Late Checkout" (late departure at 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM) for an additional fee (e.g., €30). You transform a logistical constraint into a highly profitable new revenue stream. Upgrade your technology infrastructure: A captive portal Wi-Fi system is outdated. Invest in a modern mesh network and add Chromecasts to your TVs (an investment of €40 per room that pays for itself in immediate customer satisfaction). Digitize your processes: Eliminate anxiety-inducing inventory posters. Replace the paper welcome booklet with a digital one accessible via a QR code. This modernizes your brand image at a lower cost and reassures the customer. Replace the security deposit with a damage waiver: Even with a credit card authorization, the security deposit remains psychologically punitive. Modernity means micro-insurance for damages (€5 to €10 non-refundable, included in the price). The customer buys peace of mind (no stress about a broken glass or damaged furniture), you eliminate disputes from the outset, and you protect your assets seamlessly. You have the location and infrastructure to be a local leader; all you need to do is align your operating software with 2020 standards.

A very pleasant residence, facing the mountains, and ideally located for a spa guest in Saint Sauveur; the apartments are admittedly not huge, but the spa guest rate offered is unbeatable; I highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect! A very warm welcome, they take the time to answer all your questions... Perfect location for numerous hikes...

We stayed the last weekend of February and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very nice, the residence in general is very well maintained and feels like an aparthotel. It's very well located, just a short walk from the center and with parking right outside. We especially appreciated the flexibility they offered us with check-in and check-out times. We will definitely try to return.

I return year after year and they keep getting better. My last stay was from January 4th to 11th, 2026. It's worth paying a little more for the quality of the apartments, and the receptionists were fantastic.
