Le Cargo

Le Cargo is the biggest gay men's sauna in Marseille and one of the largest on the French Mediterranean coast, laid out over four floors just inland from the Vieux-Port on rue du Moustier. The facilities run the full circuit: dry sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, private cabins, a labyrinth and darkroom areas, plus a bar and rest lounge for cooling off between sessions. It is a men-only space with a mixed, all-ages gay and bi crowd, busiest in the late afternoon and evening. Regular theme nights (naked and underwear parties among them) keep it lively, and its central location makes it the default sauna for both locals and visitors staying near the port. Open daily from early afternoon, with later closing on Fridays and Saturdays.
