Passing through the region, we booked two rooms. Upon arrival, the welcome was lukewarm (not smiling, rather sour). Unfortunately, we had to pay before entering the rooms, which were in a deplorable state (the bathroom was questionably clean: hair, limescale on the taps, dirty grout, etc.), and dust everywhere, even behind the TV and on the clothes hangers. The only positive points were the fairly comfortable bedding and a decent breakfast. Upon our departure, we were surprised to receive a smiley goodbye and a thank you. This establishment deserves better care and a thorough renovation.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The room wasn't cleaned, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning was very dusty. The hygiene is appalling.

First night's arrival, the bathroom was a complete mess. I was told the boiler was broken, so there was no hot water... forget about a shower... At 7:30 am, nobody wanted a coffee, and I'm still waiting! No one at reception, even though they're supposed to open at 7 am... Anyway, I didn't sleep too badly, despite the state of the room, which was very basic, with strange stains on the walls and no toiletries... I opened the window and there was a garbage dump! I'm still waiting for my coffee, it's 8 am... 😅😅

It's right off the road, but the staff is really friendly. The place is well-maintained.

I only stayed one night at the Brit Hotel Montpellier Euromédecine, but everything was absolutely fantastic. Even the phone call before my arrival was super friendly, and I received a very pleasant welcome at reception. The room was clean, quiet, and really well-equipped for its category. Overall, a small but very well-maintained hotel with good service. I definitely recommend it!
