Excellent hotel in the center of Toulouse, underground parking in front, breakfast with decent coffee for France.

Hotel under renovation, very uncomfortable breakfast in a restaurant in the square, old and very poor food, not at all salty. Hotel that from the photos on booking seemed to have very particular common interiors but now just rubble!!! And then not least, parking impossible to access, in short, to be closed when the renovations are done. TO BE ELIMINATED!!!!

I find it quite astonishing that the booking website made no mention of access difficulties to the hotel and parking lot during the Toulouse-Montpellier rugby final. I'm from Rennes, and the Toulouse-Montpellier rugby final doesn't interest me at all; I was completely unaware of it. We were only informed of the difficulties after the reservation was paid for. We had to walk 1 km with our suitcases! And to top it all off: when we arrived at the hotel entrance, an Ibis employee asked us with a smile if we needed any help. Such an attitude is nothing short of contempt from the hotel management! Furthermore, there were police checks to access the square. That's understandable, but we still had to open our suitcases! Ibis was completely absent. No one from IBIS was at the checkpoint to greet guests and confirm to the police that a hotel room was indeed booked, or at the very least to carry luggage to the hotel. Appalling! The service at IBIS CAPITOLE is nonexistent. The Accor group should consider replacing the management of this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a prime location. Very attentive staff, very clean. For an Ibis hotel, the room was relatively well-equipped. Unfortunately, as is typical in Ibis hotels, the bathroom lacked storage space and hooks for hanging things. Due to construction, breakfast was served in a neighboring restaurant during our stay. Considering the circumstances, it was acceptable.

The hotel has been undergoing renovations for five months since June 15th. As a result, breakfast is being served in a nearby restaurant. The quality of service is deplorable, both in terms of the choice and quantity of food offered, and this comes at no cost to us. We were simply misled during our stay. Disappointed, a bad experience.

Perfect location. Paid for superior room with inner courtyard view. Room fairly big but dark and only window overlooks bins!!! Not really courtyard!!! Breakfast is in a nearby restaurant- no explanation as to where… “in the arcade!” Eventually one of the receptionists took us to the restaurant. Probably worst breakfast ever! Paper “cups” for fruit. Very limited choice. Shame as location is amazing but hotel really needs to do more. I don’t expect luxury from ibis styles but an edible breakfast would be a good start!
