Le KS Sauna

The sauna was nice. But unfortunately, the jacuzzi had too much chlorine, and my boyfriend is allergic to it. Why didn't they warn us beforehand? So, he woke up with an allergic reaction in the morning. It's a shame.

A huge disappointment, unattractive and too small.

Excellent sauna, very professional staff and pleasant atmosphere

It seems the two employees working Saturdays and Sundays have become far too confident and permissive when the boss is away. Arriving on a Saturday afternoon, I found the entrance door locked. What about security? The employee explained (very agitated) that it was 33 degrees Celsius in the sauna and unbearable for him. What's truly unbearable is knowing that a massacre had already taken place in a gay sauna in Paris. But, well, since the employee is young, he probably doesn't know that. We finally went in because I was with a friend who wanted to go in. On our way to the bar, the two men made fun of me; so much for discretion. Several lockers were malfunctioning and not locked. I had to try two before finding a third that worked. A little later, as I tried to open my locker, the same employee told me it was his. So he changed the code without bothering to find out whose belongings were stored there. The employee explained that I had to report it when a locker wasn't working. To which I replied that it wasn't my job. I then got a severe dressing-down from this second employee, who used a threatening tone, both in word and deed. This same employee had charged me for a bottle of poppers I'd never bought. And when this duo is at it, there's no maintenance of the sauna. This is particularly noticeable in the showers. It's a deep disappointment because I used to appreciate their work, but I'm seeing a continuous decline. Unfortunately, with two saunas in Toulouse, there's no questioning of their practices. I hear them whining about their situation when only one person is working at Sauna des Thermes. If, as a trilingual hotel receptionist, I had spoken like that to a customer, my employer would have fired me, and rightly so. What about memberships without a card for the customer? If you request a refund for your prepaid tickets, they will refuse, as was the case for me. They'll say it with a smile, of course, but they'll refuse nonetheless. I intend to speak with management to get a refund for the remaining tickets. If I receive the same response, I will file a complaint with the Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control. This is all the more regrettable because, individually, these same employees can be very professional and helpful; hence my profound disgust with this situation. A dirty power struggle has developed between them. It remains the best sauna in Toulouse, in my opinion, if you wear flip-flops to avoid fungal infections. There's plenty to do there with plenty of men. But my last experience with the staff (especially with one of them) ruined everything. From my point of view, Le Koncept sauna in Montpellier proves to be the best alternative in the region with a very high level of service and maintenance of cleanliness.

Good first experience for me, the guy at reception is cool 🙂. However, you need to be patient while you find the right person because not everyone is comfortable communicating (which is perfectly understandable, by the way). You also have to be careful because I had to deal with someone who was being pushy with another guy who didn't dare stand up for himself.

Lots of hot guys in this sauna, something for everyone. Great experience at a Toulouse sauna. I recommend it and I'll be back ASAP.
