Yall, hands down, this is the cutest, most friendly lab I have ever been to in my life. I was really nervous as I walked in and had no idea what the experience is going to be like (it’s obviously quite unpleasant when you go super worried about STIs, but anyway). I got greeted by a literal sunshine. The man at the reception was so warm and welcoming, super helpful and had a sense of humor as well. The consultant - 10/10 super friendly, super chatty and thorough, gave me great advice and most importantly - made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor was warm and welcoming, extremely gentle and took his time, explained everything about every procedure. Overall great experience. Furthermore everyone spoke English and I had no trouble with the communication. Such a great team. Keep up the good work!

A good resource for gay, trans, and bisexual men. Testing can sometimes involve longer wait times, but you can get tested daily on weekdays, anonymously and without an appointment. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that I witnessed someone being informed of their positive gonorrhea test result at the desk in the entrance area (directly in front of the waiting area). Frankly, that's unacceptable. If someone tests positive (for anything), discretion should be paramount! If you change this, I'll gladly give you more stars!

Polite staff. Results get delayed sometimes up to 2 days. No testing on weekend !!! , although Center has open hours
