The hotel is spotlessly clean – both the common areas and the rooms. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and very helpful. We were also thrilled with the food: The menu offers a great selection, and everything we chose was fresh and incredibly delicious. We, the residents of Bottrop, can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel and all its wonderful staff. Thank you! 🍀
Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast! We stayed here for a concert in the city. We'd gladly stay here again!
For a 3-star hotel, it was great; good beds, the room was good and clean, and the food was also good. In my opinion, it is definitely worth a 4-star hotel.
Three friends and I made a reservation for this hotel. My friend and I came and stayed for 8 nights. My other friend couldn't come because he had work in another city. The cancellation fee was charged to my credit card. The breakfast was awful. They were chopping tomatoes one by one. It's a very mediocre establishment.
