Vienna House Easy Braunschweig

The fact that the restaurant was closed due to the coronavirus could have been mentioned when booking. Otherwise, it was okay. The staff was friendly.

The parking spaces were overgrown with blackberry bushes, but the food was delicious (though the selection was very limited due to corona) and the day room furnishings were nicely done.

As a business traveler, I experience many hotels. The Vienna House Easy in Braunschweig made a very positive impression on me. It's the many small details that make this hotel so special. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and varied. The staff was very polite, courteous, and professional, and the organization of our meeting was outstanding. All my requests were met, and therefore this hotel receives top marks from me.

Simply good

The room was completely cold upon arrival. The bathroom smelled musty and moldy. We will not book this again.

A cozy location with good food, although you have to wait a while for it.
