As an electric wheelchair user, my room wasn't the perfect one, but the staff made it work. The passenger elevator was a perfect fit; my electric wheelchair couldn't have been any bigger. Luckily, there was a freight elevator that allowed me to get up and down with my luggage. The room was very clean, and the staff were remarkably friendly. Thank you!

Everything would be perfect if the internet actually worked properly and was really well-organized, but we've been told that it isn't being done properly; they don't have time for it, and whether you scan the QR code or not makes no difference.

Excellent value for money. This hotel is very centrally located and a great place to stay for business travelers, city visitors, youth trips, or families. There's a wide selection of rooms to suit every budget, from single rooms to family rooms and multi-bed rooms. Pets are also welcome. An outdoor terrace is a lovely place to relax, especially in the summer. There's also a restaurant with a breakfast buffet. The small bar offers snacks, coffee, and cold drinks. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed at the Nai in Cologne and can highly recommend it.

The rooms, especially the larger ones, are difficult to ventilate; they are very hot and stuffy. The shower room is tiny, with a volume of approximately 2 square meters.
