We were turned away very politely and kindly. But I would have liked a touch more friendliness.

Lucky's is a really nice bar. The owner and staff are very friendly. The decor is very cozy, a bit dark, with plenty of tables both inside and outside, including a large couch and blankets for cold days. In the summer, you can comfortably sit outside on the terrace and enjoy your beer or other drinks. The themed evenings are always a lot of fun, such as karaoke and bingo. There is one small drawback to the bar: it's a smoking bar inside. Consequently, there's a slight smell of smoke, but it's perfectly fine. What also sets this bar apart are the affordable drink prices, which isn't always the case in this scene. The cocktail prices, at around €9, are also perfectly reasonable. You won't find a large, freshly tapped beer for under €5 anywhere else. Constructive feedback is always welcome and often implemented quickly, both regarding the decor and the drinks.

Great little spot in Frankfurt. You quickly feel comfortable and welcome here. Great selection of drinks, fair prices, and friendly service. I like coming here whenever I'm in Frankfurt.
