Unfortunately, my visit in April was very disappointing. Two days before my booking, I was assured by phone and email that the spa area would be open continuously. On the morning of my arrival, I called again and was told that an early check-in was possible. So I left extra early and arrived at 10:00 AM. There, I was suddenly told that there were system problems and I couldn't get a room. Instead, I was offered the use of the spa area. I was given a spa bag, went downstairs, changed, and discovered that it didn't include slippers. So I had to go back up to reception. Then I stood in front of the spa area and found that it was closed between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. So I had to change again and go back to reception. The whole thing was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided with simple internal communication. What's particularly annoying is that I was still charged for the so-called early check-in, even though I didn't actually receive an early check-in and couldn't use the spa area. I find this completely incomprehensible. I felt poorly informed, not taken seriously, and overall very disappointed. It was a very frustrating experience, and I will avoid this hotel in the future.

My stay at the conference hotel was for the Payment Conference of the East German Savings Banks Association. Many thanks for another excellent guest experience, from the online check-in to the very clean room, the great conference support, the good breakfast, and the friendly staff.

Beautiful location right on the lake. Very friendly and competent staff. Clean rooms. Excellent cuisine.

Super accommodating!

The hotel room was small and relatively new, but the smell wasn't very pleasant (sour/pungent). The food (evening snacks) was unremarkable, nothing special. Therefore, we decided not to have breakfast there. What was perfect: the spa area!

Overall, we felt very comfortable. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. For wheelchair users, the many connecting doors, e.g., from the hallway to the elevator, present an obstacle that is difficult to manage alone. Perhaps you could install door openers on one floor and make that floor accessible to wheelchair users? The room was spacious and well-furnished. We would recommend you. Sincerely, Ansgar

It's in a great central location. You have to watch your step in the hotel because it's so big 😄
