B&B Palazzo Natoli

Very nice stay in the heart of Palermo. Breakfast was as beautiful as the room and balcony!

I can’t speak highly enough of Ninni at Palazzo Natoli. My sister & I stayed for one night. She was proactive in checking our arrival time, organised a transfer for us from the port, facilitated an early check in, gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat when we arrived and also assisted us when we left valuables behind. The hotel is superbly located and the rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. I’d come back here in a heartbeat.

We had an absolute amazing stay here. Great location right in the middle of the historic center, nice and comfortable room, a delicious breakfast, and a great staff. Special thanks to Andrea, who provided the best recommendations for restaurants, bars, and activities. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally located near the historic center and pedestrian areas. The rooms are very well-equipped, and the welcome was very warm (Andrea at reception and Laura at breakfast). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and lots of places to visit. Don't forget I Segreti del Chiostro (Andrea will be able to advise you...😉👍). I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you!

Just off the noisy main street but a quiet refuge for all the busyness. What sets it apart is the staff - genuine and warm ready to help you find your way. A lovely breakfast each morning and excellent recommendations for meals and sites. It’s perfectly situated with easy walks in any direction. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We just stayed at the Palazzo Natoli for the second time and it was as lovely as our first visit. First, the location is unbeatable. You can easily walk anywhere in central Palermo. Even with being so centrally located, the hotel is so quiet. I am a light sleeper and I have had no problems sleeping either time I was here. Second, the hotel itself is beautiful and so clean. We had a king room both times and it was perfect. Third, the staff at the hotel are amazing. Everyone is so kind and always willing to help out with anything. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious. You have so many options for breakfast and they are all so good. Even though you do have to choose a time for breakfast, you can go down at your leisure. When we return to Palermo we wouldn’t even consider staying any place else!

The rooms are nice and in a good location, albeit it was a little loud. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were OK, but following time slots for eating were inconvenient.

We stayed two nights at Hotel Palazzo Natoli in Palermo in early February, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, thoughtfully restored, and full of charm that reflects the spirit of the city. We stayed in the Garden unit, which was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable—an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, just around the corner from Palermo Cathedral and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see, making it incredibly convenient to experience the historic center. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Their attention to detail created a relaxed and memorable atmosphere. A perfect place to stay in Palermo—highly recommended.
