⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW – what an experience! 🇮🇹❤️ Impronta is a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere, wonderful service and food that really stands out. The absolute highlight was the lukewarm pasta topped with steak tartare. 🍝🥩 Such an unexpected combination, but absolutely incredible! Beautifully presented, perfectly balanced and easily one of the best and most memorable dishes of our entire trip. We’re still talking about it! Creative, refined and something completely different. Impronta is definitely a restaurant to remember. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t understand the high ratings of this place because we really did not enjoy it. The menu is fairly limited and the flavors were bland and unremarkable. Even small things don’t work. For example, the bread is not good (not homemade) and tasted like processed, grocery store rolls (mostly white flour). It was originally served without a plate or olive oil. Also, the decor is quite strange. They have stock artwork that detracts from the ambience. For instance, above our table was a generic picture of a woman drinking a glass of wine. Felt that the place had no personality or vibe. Definitely would not recommend.

I am not totally sure how people enjoy eating at this place. I came here with my family on her last night of our trip to try and get a great meal before we go home. as soon as we walked in, we noticed all of the tacky decor which include stock images of various women drinking wine. when I received my pork chop entrée, I cut into it and oil immediately spilled out. The pork chop tasted like nothing but hot oil and I was forced to send it back to the kitchen. my family was also not satisfied with their meal and we all complained about it having no flavor. if you want to eat something truly disgusting go here. it truly painted us to pay for this meal. The staff was pretty nice, but that was the only highlight. it felt like a knife through the heart to watch the meal getting paid for.
